The facilities need more organization!!! Inconsistent turn down service left us puzzled!!! Dining options lacked variety, making meals feel monotonous!!! It would be nice to see some attention to detail in guest services!!!

Dining at Dune was a standout experience. each dish was a culinary adventure that made my taste buds dance! The poolside service was also top-notch, with staff bringing buckets of ice and local waters to keep us refreshed while lounging.

The dining options were a bit limited for a place of this caliber, and I waited longer than expected for lunch at the beach, but the stunning views and atmosphere made it all feel a little better.

The resort's design had me feeling like I was strolling through a paradise with majestic gardens and grand statues. My Ocean View King Suite had the most fine views, perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the morning sun. Dining at the award-winning Dune restaurant was an experience on its own-the flavors were very nice and the ambiance was topped with ocean waves just beyond the horizon!

While the dining options had room for improvement, with a few delays in service, the overall atmosphere and well-kept grounds made for a memorable experience.

The location of the Four Seasons in Creek Village is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering breathtaking views. My room, an Ocean View King Suite, was spacious with a lovely layout. The daily champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries provided by my butler added a touch of luxury. The infinity pool had a beautiful ocean view. however, it was quite cold during my visit, making it less enjoyable. It was disappointing that despite mentioning the cold temperature to the staff, no solution was offered. I also experienced long waits for golf carts, sometimes over 20 minutes, which made getting around the resort a hassle. While the food was mostly excellent, the service felt inconsistent, particularly during lunch at the beach where I waited over an hour for my order. A highlight was the delicious guacamole served poolside, but overall, the dining service could definitely improve significantly. Despite these inconveniences, the property remains beautiful and features well-kept grounds. I left with mixed feelings, as the experience didn’t fully match the expected Four Seasons standard for the price.

my stay at the ocean club exceeded expectations during our family celebration with the beautiful ocean view king suite and the refreshing infinity pool. we loved the attentive butler service, enjoying nightly champagne and strawberries. the beach was simply stunning with plenty of chairs available for relaxation.

during my stay, I loved the quick stroll to Dune for unique dining options and the mesmerizing proximity to Predator Lagoon, making my city explorations easy and enjoyable.
